How To Order

 

Domestic customers:

Domestic customers may place orders through our website using our ecommerce system, or by email or telephone. If you require a personal touch, or any guidance with placing your order, we are available to help Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm PST. We accept all major domestic credit cards and payments by bank wire. Personal checks may also be accepted from qualified customers. We do not accept international credit cards. 

International customers:

International customers may use the cart system through our website to build orders and send an inquiry. Thereafter, a staff member will respond with a quote and any other information that might pertain to the order as soon as possible. We are also available to help by telephone or email. International orders must be paid for by bank wire or credit cards domestic to the USA only. We do not accept international credit cards.

Availability:

All items are subject to availability. Orders are received as requests and must be confirmed before they can be processed. Once a request has been placed, our staff must verify the quantities and the condition of the order. The customer will then be sent an order confirmation within 2 business days. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.

Digital Imaging:

We strive to earn the faith of our customers and aspire to be the most reliable source for rare wine on the Internet. If you are concerned about the condition of your purchase, EWR can provide digital photos upon request to ensure customer satisfaction prior to the sale.

Maintaining the Authenticity of Your Wine

The principals of EWR are also collectors, so we understand that provenance and the integrity of your collection is important to you. Many collectors enjoy storing their wine in original containers. When possible, we are happy to send them to you. We can provide original wood cases and containers for items that are indicated as OWC and OC, under the notes column in the inventory section of our website. Original wood cases and containers are available for purchases by the case only. We will not provide original containers for partial orders and original cases are not available for sale separately.

Original wood cases and containers are unsuitable to safely transport wine by common carrier and must be shipped separately. If you would like to request that the original container be shipped with your order, please indicate this in the “special instructions” section at the bottom of your order form at checkout, or simply contact us by telephone or email.
